[Service Restored] Users unable to access Dynamics AX

Final Status: Internal monitoring found a disconnect between customer databases and web application servers. Automatic self-healing processes reestablished the connection between the databases and servers to restore access to AX.

User Impact: Affected users experienced a white screen when attempting to access the service.

Customer Impact: A subset of AX customers worldwide
